Help

You will need to register - visit the Learn section of the Customer support page on the SCATS website https://www.scats.nsw.gov.au/support.

In this section, click the 'Register your interest' button, complete and submit the form. You will receive an email with your scatslearn log in details.  

Once you log in to scatslearn you will land on the ‘My Dashboard’ page. This provides all of your learning progress including what you’re currently learning and what you have completed. 

Yes you can. In the top right hand corner of any page in scatslearn, your name will be displayed. Click on your name and your account details will display. There is a ‘change password’ button that when you click it will take you to the  Log in screen which will then allow you to change your password.

You can raise your issues by submitting the Help form in scatslearn. In the top right hand corner of every scatslearn page there is the Help button. Click on this button and the Help form will display.  

In the top right hand corner there is a small arrow , next to your name. Click on the arrow and you will logout.
